Senior Training

Currently senior training is on Tuesday evenings.

We are now meeting on the green Beech Ave at 18:30 for the winter months, training normally consists of a warm up then interval based training in Bourne Woods,

Tony leads the main session whilst Alison leads (on Tuesdays) a shorter warm up and supports the beginner runners.

In the winter we meet in the Leisure Centre Carpark at 18:30

Junior Training

Junior training sessions are on Friday 18:00 at Bourne Grammar School during term time only.

Winter sessions are held in the sports hall and on the sports pitches. The spring and summer sessions are held on the school’s grass track.

There is a minimum age limit of 9 years and 16 yrs is normally the top age.

Additional Training

Opportunities are available for juniors to attend additional endurance training sessions on a Tuesday night with the seniors (by invitation only).

Please Note: Junior training is very well attended and a waiting list is sometimes in operation.
