  • Donations given for Equipment upgrade

A huge thank you from Bourne Town Harriers to Jake Reed of Reeds Sonar Consultancy Ltd for an incredibly generous equipment donation of over Β£750 to support our junior running and athletics section.

The donation has gone towards training equipment, which will be used regularly at junior sessions to help develop skills, confidence, and a love for both running and athletics. Support like this has a real impact on what we can provide for our young athletes.

It’s been another great week for the Harriers, with training sessions, races, and parkruns keeping us all moving!

Tuesday saw our regular club night meet, where the session was a challenging 8 x 600m efforts with 2 minutes of recovery between each rep. While the group was a little quieter than usual, we still had a solid turnout from our seniors β€” and plenty of determination on show. πŸ’ͺ

Wednesday marked the final race of the Grand Prix series β€” we’ll have a full run report coming soon, so watch this space!

Well done to everyone who got out there this week, whether in a race, training session, or parkrun β€” it all counts towards those goals! πŸ…
