🌲 Tuesday Training
Our run club session took us to the woods this week with 1-mile efforts. Everyone dug deep and put in some cracking performances — a strong session to build stamina and speed. 💪
🏃♂️ parkrun Highlights
Richard Burton ran at Ferry Meadows finishing in 31:37.
Cayden Mackay (one of our juniors) ran Rutland Water for the first time and stormed home in 18:28 👏.
His brother Ciaran Mackay wasn’t far behind with a superb 19:17 — great times for both brothers! 🔥
Giles was on a bit of parkrun tourism, heading over to Zuiderpark, where he clocked 26:43. 🌍
🏅 Sunday Racing
On Sunday, Michael Gilbert and Alison Burton represented BTH at the Newark Half Marathon, which was also the final race of the Summer Club Champs. A full run report is on the way soon, so watch this space! 📖✨
