Another busy week of running for BTH, with plenty of miles clocked up both together and individually. 🏃♀️🏃♂️
🏃 Tuesday Run Club
Tuesday night saw us tackling 1-mile efforts. A tough session, but everyone put in a fantastic effort and pushed themselves right to the end. 💪
Away from club night, our runners have been getting their own training in too, with everything from tempo sessions and long runs to easier recovery miles. It’s great to see the consistency across the club as everyone works towards their own goals.
